The ITF
Eastern Canadian Taekwon-Do Championships were held on March 27th, 2009 in
Longueuil (Montreal), Quebec. There were over 225 competitors from Ontario,
Quebec and Nova Scotia. The day began with color belt competition at
9:00am and the opening ceremonies were at 11:00am featuring Team Pattern
and Pre-Arranged Free Sparring events. Black Belt competition began at
2:00pm.

including 7 Gold,
