Congratulations to the students of our Youth and Adult program on successfully passing their test for the next level. A total of 20 students were promoted to yellow stripe and all the way up to blue belt on March 1st, 2013. Congratulations from Mr. MacKenzie and all of us at MacKenzie Taekwon-Do!

Congratulations to Mr. John Crowell on his successful promotion to 3rd Dan! On Thursday, February 28th, 2013 Mr. Ken MacKenzie put Mr. Crowell through his paces including patterns, step sparring, self defense, sparring and breaking. In addition, Mr. Crowell submitted a thesis relating to Taekwon-Do which was very well written. Congratulations from Mr. MacKenzie and all of us at MacKenzie Taekwon-Do!
